Fully Automating New Member Information

Step 1: Connect to Zapier

Under "People", navigate to "Members" > "Invite Members".

Click "Connect to Zapier".

Sign Into Zapier or Create a New Account.

Step 2: Create a Zap

Click "Create".

Click "Zaps".

Type this Text Word for Word.
​"When a new member is uploaded in IntrosAI, reflect the change in Google Sheets"

Click the "+" for Both Suggested Actions.

The Two Actions Will Appear on the Main Dashboard.

Choose an Account (Your IntrosAI Account)

Choose Your Club

Test the Trigger

Add a New Action

Change to "Google Sheets"

Click "Lookup Spreadsheet Row"

Add in Your Drive, Spreadsheet, & Worksheet Values

Add "Email" for Lookup Column and Lookup Value

Click "Create Google Sheets Spreadsheet Row if it doesn't exist yet"

Test the Step

Click "Create Spreadsheet Row"

Connect Your Google Sheets Account

Fill in Drive, Spreadsheet, & Worksheet

Step 3: Check to See if it Works

Open Your Google Sheets Worksheet

Create a Test User.

Preview Matching Form

Enter Email

Enter First and Last Name

Submit Rest of Information & Check Google Sheets
